"For the most part, this post office is fine - you can't expect much from them. However, when winter rolls around they will just flat out refuse to deliver *any* mail or packages, even if your box is as clear as possible with an easy drive up. No matter how much you try, they'll hold your mail and expect you to come in the very short period they're open."

"I went to this office not long ago to mail a package out to Japan and I had 26 items I was sending out in one box. They gave me many customs slips to fill out and I am very pleased because I was able to track my package with USPS until it reached Jamaica NY International Post and then I was able to track my package using Japan Post. It made it to my friend! Only one item which was a small snack got damaged but everything else arrived! I'm very pleased and Lauren was very pleasant and patient as she assisted me. Thank you!"
"There is no line and the service was friendly and Speedy. The office doesn't open until 9:00 I was a little surprised at that but it's a great location never have had any issues with these guys they have a good selection of cards to look at while you're waiting in line for the window."
