"They are absolutely horrible. My first MRI was done incorrectly. The radiologist changed my orders so I didn't receive contrast. When I went to see my doctor, she was angry because she wasn't able to see what she needed to see. I had that MRI for nothing and wasn't actually able to get a diagnosis. This time, it took me 8 phone calls just to schedule the test. The schedulers at Shields told me that they would call me back on two occasions and neither person ever did. I was scheduled to have my test in 4 hours and they called to reschedule because they are closing early on a Friday afternoon on Cape Cod. Seems to me that they just want to go home. I called my doctor because I refuse to use shields ever again. They are disrespectful and clearly don't care that people are hurt and need help."
