"I am a regular customer. I love buying the weed and shatter especially when they have the deals during happy hour cause I'm on a fixed income with my disability being my only income. I came to this store like always do for enough stuff to last me the week during the happy hour deals. An employee didn't give me my deals and actually told me I could not get my money back just cause I was 4 minuutes early although my world clock went off for 4:20 before I even went in to the store. He never even gave me a receipt. I even called the store asking for the owner to call me but no one relayed the memo. But I got hold of the owner via Facebook and he values his customers. He gave me a credit also offered cash back and told me he is sorry for my bad experience. If anyone has a bad experience dont get discouraged and just messege derrel Richardson. He's actually a nice dude and will treat you right."

"I went into the P.I store today to find out that one of your more then outstanding employees shartel's (wrong spelling) last day will be on Sunday. I think this is so unfortunate that your company does not value your employees enough to keep them satisfied and for a more permanent placement. There are a few others that have come and gone which is also unfortunate and I will explain why. My wife and I specifically chose to continue to shop at your P.I location BECAUSE THE STAFF KNOWS US, OUR STRAINS AND WHAT PRODUCT WE LIKE AND PRERFER. Instead of allowing your staff to be terminated I would suggest that you learn how to value them because they are what make a 25% of your companies sales. Losing her as a staff member is a great loss to your consumers and your customer service team and if the staff continues to change then we will change what buisness we chose to give our money too. If we wanted to have to explain our likes and dislikes over and over and over or walk into a store where the employees no NOTHING about the product because they are new every month then we'll I guess we could just go ANYWHERE. That girl is an asset and it's a shame that you see her as a number and not a value and an honor to have her as such a great honest person and worker for your company. Thank you, Jessey Corson. The one star review is not for the amazing retail staff I have experienced BUT FOR THE OWNERS AND HIRING MANAGMENT FOR NOT VALUING CONSISTANT AND RELIABLE EMPLOYEES. (No I do not know any of the retail staff personally) just a daily customer that has spotted a poor quality in Richardson Remedies."
