"Shawn was awesome. He help us with our issue and set us up for replacement of a defective mattress. We picked our replacement and bought a coffee table and two end tables for the same delivery date. Items will arrive in two days. When we have shopped at Plourde’s Furniture in the past our experience has been great from the time we walked in, to the delivery of our previous order and even the replacement of a defective item, we never received less than exceptional service!
