"Great reliable place to get a consistent meal. Customer service can very spotty though. New drive thru seems to be a problem, I've been left waiting at a speaker while the other lane was being taken care of. I had 5 cars pass me before I left and ordered at the window."
"Yesterday in line for 40 minutes and today we decided to go inside. Huge mistake....half an hour wait time and Noone seems to be focused of getting orders out in a timely fashion. It's not even busy! Horrible customer service. Hire new people"
"Some of the staff is friendly, but others really need to work on how they talk to customers. I swear no one has any customer service anymore. No pleases or welcomes to the store. My kids love the happy meals and meals so everyone is happy with the food. And I have always loved how each season/holiday is decorated. There is definitely pride for who owns/decorates. Very well done."
