"Store manager (Rob) is extremely rude, unprofessional and when I advised him I was calling corporate, made fun of mentally challenged son. How do you employ people like this??? All because I wanted a refund for my Messed up order"

"Hey Family, Here's my honest review of this Dunkin' Donuts located in Carribou, MAINE. My wife & I are obsessed with Dunkin' and we don't have any locations near us in Toronto. We were visitng some family and decided to take a day trip into the U.S when we stopped at this location. This Dunkin' location looks a bit fresh and updated with the companies more recent look. It has a drive-thru and is right beside the evil corp, IRVINE gas. This particular area is a commuter zone so I can see this location getting very busy with travellers. Upon entry to the business we were greeted by staff and it was empty. The drive-thru had a few cars but overall we were served immediately. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and 2 coffees. The coffee's tasted SO AMERICAN, very sweet and sugary. It was fine as we expected it. There is alot of Dunkin' merch for purchase and this location is equipped with washrooms. The dining experience is totally fine if your just in/out. All in all, we had a good DUNKIN' experience. I don't think I will visit this location again, however there are many more DUNKIN' locations to try. All in all we had a 4/5 experience. Until next time!!!!!"

"Never really had an issue with this Dunkin until about a week ago. It was a weekend morning, probably 9am. My order took a long time, as it was busy (I get it) but what was unacceptable was receiving coffee that had spilled all over the outside of the cups, into the bag and onto the other items. Poorly packaged. Not only that, but the coffee were cold but they didn't have the flavor pumps I asked for, or the sugar in the hot coffee! I never received my croissant, and the bagel that I did get was RAW. It was uncooked and stone cold. You could tell it wasn't toasted. Still had cream cheese on it though. I had to double triple check my receipt. I understand y'all are busy but what was on the receipt and what I got, were two different things. I'm not sure what employee would feel ok with sending out such poor packages, cold food. I reached out to customer service and all I got was "we will reach out to that location, we hope you'll come back." Did I hear back from the Caribou location? No. Did I get my money back? No. Did I get to eat or drink my order? No. Will I come back? NO!! wish I could give 0 stars!"

"I just came from this DDs and the grumpy lady who took my order was very rude when I asked for a decaf hot signature pumpkin spice latte and 2 regular hot pumpkin spice lattes. Then after I paid and got my coffees, the same grumpy lady who made my coffees raised her voice at the nice lady who was at the register saying "well I made decaf" with a very bad attitude. After I had paid and received my lattes, the two regular lattes were only filled half full with coffee and some whipped cream together. I paid $3 for HALF A CUP OF COFFEE!!! Not worth my money at all."
