"Love this place. I do, however, wish they posted online that they were closed today, Juneteenth. I specifically checked and it appeared they were open. While I was sitting in the parking lot, several cars came through to use the bank and were met with disappointment. Only communication was a sheet of paper taped to the door."

"I was very impressed with the knowledgeable, courteous, and overall friendly staff at the Cumberland branch. I have never waited for long before receiving help. I have both checking, savings, and I also got a small car loan through them, which they walked me through every step of the way. They even gave me a book containing useful information on how to effectively pay off debt (since I had some debt from college). They turned off my account once due to a suspicious transaction, and while I know a lot of people would find that inconvenient, I felt reassured knowing that they stopped a possible fraudulent charge to my account.
