"Place is a fraud. My relative gets SSI retirement & when SSI deposits funds Otis holds it. Five County Credit Union does NOT. When it's deposited into the account - it should be available funds. So I loan them money so they can buy groceries. Sad just so Otis can make a few bucks off senior citizens. Its bad enough SSI is barely enough to make ends meat BUT have a heart."

"They cancelled my debit card with no notification. When I called to complain that there should’ve been notice, I was told I should’ve seen it in Social Media. I do have an email on file and neither my wife of I received an email at the addresses you claim to have on file. The last email I had from Otis was 2021 as seen by the photo .We also have opened every paper statement received in the mail and the only extra paper ever in there are adds. I’ve had an account here since 1998 and we will be closing it down. This rollout was more than inconvenient and I hope you didn’t put others in this boat."
"I have edited my (previously negative) review as a result of the positive response I received from OTIS. The response was informative and clearly not canned, and I appreciate that very much. Listening to customer feedback and actually responding is in my book, a hallmark of an excellent organization. I believe it was an honest misunderstanding and I would again consider moving my business to them."
"My favorite bank of all time. They've helped my wife and u numerous times when we felt we were beyond help. I've never dealt with any bank and felt like part of a family I've laughed when I've seen it advertised on other banking sites. Kaitlyn has been so good at helping us but I find that any one of the employees working there will respond quickly and efficiently and make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place for any and all your financial needs. Good, honest down home style people and service with a smile. 5 stars is not enough"
