"On the 9th of SEPTEMBER ,MY DEBIT CARD HAD A SALE IN WILKSBORO , NORTH CAROLINA . IT WASN'T USED BY ME , AND I DIDNT GET A FRAUD ALERT FROM BANGOR SAVINGS EITHER. I NOTICED THE PENDING SALE AT A LOWES IN WILKSBORO , NORTH CAROLINA. SO THEN I HAD TO GET A WHOLE NEW DEBIT CARD. WHEN I FINALLY REACHED A PERSON AT BANGORS HEADQUARTERS IT WAS MONDAY AT 9:06 AM , THEY SAID THEY COULD REIMBURSE MY ACCNT BUT COULDNT CHASE DOWN THE PURCHASE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED OR WHOM MIGHT HAVE COMMITTED THE ILLEGAL PURCHASE. This is the second time i have had to get a new card & I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR IT DEPARTMENT , BUT AT LEAST I WONT BE OUT ANY MONEY. AND MAYBE BY LEAVING THIS SINGLE STAR RATING , THEY MIGHT LOOK INTO THESE PROBLEMS WITH A LITTLE MORE INTEREST !"

"Do not use the ATM at this bank!! I arrived this morning to a long line. The customer at the ATM said the machine would not give his card back. This has happened to me personally, as well as to several people I know. The ATM has also accepted cash and then printed an error. When I talked to customer service inside they told me there was nothing they could do and it would not be corrected for six days. Bangor Savings is well aware of the issues with this ATM and they choose not to rectify the situation."
