"UPS Freight Called Tuesday for a Wed. 1-6 pm delivery. Truck never showed up. Called dispatch at 6:30 they said the driver ran out of time. They wanted to know if I would pick it up at their warehouse. Now scheduled for Friday with another 5 hour window. Never us UPS Freight again"
"A delivery store that can’t deliver. They called a week prior to schedule a large delivery, but then never came on the scheduled date. When I called to inquire where the packages were, they said that they didn’t have the appropriate sized truck and couldn’t make the delivery. However, they never called to communicate this to me. Instead, I took time off of work and waited 4 hours for a delivery that never happened. There’s a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy at UPS. I wouldn’t waste your time working with them."
