"We just returned home from vacation. We stopped here to ship home a beautiful framed print that was too bulky for our luggage. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our print arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition."
"I do a lot of Amazon returns and shipping for work through this store and always get top tier customer service. There’s one gentleman in particular who’s there most of the days I go in, I wish I had his name. He’s a little older with white hair and is always so patient with the customers. He makes every interaction a pleasant one and is very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed extra assistance. I had to stop in this morning to drop off a return and got to chat for a minute while he printed my receipt, he was so nice that it started my day off on a happy note and just wanted to express how much I appreciate that. Thank you for always being so nice when I come into the store, it makes a difference :)"
"I love elderly people but the old man with the white hair working at this location is a arrogant, miserable wretch and should be fired. Terrible attitude, condescending, snapping at customers every time I’m there with a can’t be bothered attitude. He’s more suited to warehouse work where he’ll never have to engage the public in a customer service environment. Will not go back into this store location until he is gone."
"Terrible customer service. Called ahead to verify I could have something notarized. Guy made excuses as to why he’s there but I’d probably have to wait if he didn’t have any help come in to the store. When I arrived there were 2 people working and I was only the 3rd customer in the store. The guy who was a notary said I’d have to wait an hour since he hadn’t had lunch yet. I left and brought my business over to FedEx instead."
"Went today to bring an Amazon return back- it was all packaged, I had the QR code from Amazon and this should have been an easy thing. I arrived at 3:45 pm and as posted on the website and door, the store closes at 4:00 pm. In the time it took me to get from my car to the door (literally 10 feet), the worker locked the door. Someone who was sitting in their car told me what had just happened. I decided to wait as there was a customer inside and no signage indicated the store was closing early. While waiting, another person joined me outside waiting. When the other customer was finished, the worker came to let them out and legitimately barked out, "We're closed! I lock the door at 3:55 pm!" I checked the time, and it was 3:53 pm and told him that, especially since I had been outside waiting. He decided to let us in but went on a rant about how people need to stop waiting until the last minute and get to the UPS Store earlier instead of going all over and having fun first. He also stated that this was going to make him work overtime now and he needed to leave at 4:00 pm and the owner doesn't like him working overtime either. As someone who has worked customer service and retail jobs for over 20 years, this is NEVER something to share with a customer. Humanizing yourself is one thing, but yelling at customers and then ranting about them is another thing entirely. I once had someone pry open the exit-only doors to get into where I worked AFTER we were closed because they wanted to shop, so while I was there at the end of the day, I made sure I was there before they closed and didn't have a difficult transaction. The man working could care less about anyone else and while I have no idea what his day was like, he also has no idea what mine or any other customer's was like either. Further, if you're going to lock your door or need to leave right at closing time, post a sign saying such. Even a sign that says you serve your last customer at xxx time before closing. After reading reviews, it seems this is a common behavior and not just a once-off, so I will be making sure to go to any other location instead of this one in the future."
