"Had a complex delivery that couldn’t be delivered to my house. The item was heavy and very bulky. The person handling deliveries on the phone was very responsive and courteous, picked up right away. The driver was equally professional and called + texted me ETAs during the delivery window. He helped put this thing in my car in a very busy area, also working under a time constraint I had. I was impressed that we got everything done with time to spare! I would highly recommend PAF. A+ service."
"Whens scheduling my delivery I was told the delivery man would bring the item inside the house. Upon their arrival, they refused to to do that, and instead left it in the garage. They simply aren't truthful on the services they provide. Beware."
"i just had a delivery of furniture and the driver, Roscoe Tash, gave excellent service. He called to let me know when he was coming and when he arrived, he backed into my driveway and unloaded at least 4 boxes of furniture. Even though it was after 7 pm and he had worked all day, he had a great personality, was energetic, and offered to put the boxed just inside my door. I'm 70 years old and I really appreciated he excellent customer service. He should be rewarded for putting in long hours and great customer service!"
"Delivered my package to another customer. No communication to me about how they are addressing the situation. A complete disaster of communication. After three days attempting to get answers/compensation(item cost $2200!) I called the manufacturer who contacted the original shipping company, and started a claim. Shady company that does not care about its customers at all."
"I own a small online company and we booked a shipment with Old Dominion. They farmed out final delivery to this company. The customer wanted delivery to the school bus barn where he works. He could take delivery between 9am and 1 pm or after 4pm. They couldn't do it. He gave us the name of a business 5 miles away where they could deliver any time. Because their rules say they can't deliver to a different town, and the address of the business was a different town, they couldn't do it. I just booked a "rescue" where another freight company comes in, picks up my shipment, and finishes delivery and we'll lose a bunch of money on this sale. I'll specify on future deliveries to this area to never use this company again and let Old Dominion know about their poor service. They won't bend the rules even a little bit to get the job done."
