"This is the worst company to work for. My dad had started in December of 2022. And was his first. He told he didn’t feel driving a cab they gave him. My dad said “ this is an old truck that they gave me and they just got it out the shop with major repairs. On December 5, 2022 he passed away in a semi accident in West Hartford Connecticut. The company didn’t even pay the accidental death fees. And they are claiming my dad is at fault. That’s not true. My dad had his CDL for 30 years never had an accident. This company don’t care."
"Employee owned company with plenty of consistent work throughout the entire year, that is all no touch. Some of the jobs your home everyday but can make as much as and OTR driver. So many options to choose from. Good pay and benefits."
"Terrible and often dangerous drivers. I see at least 10 a day drive down my road way to fast and the company says they can't/won't do anything about it. I have called a few times."
"I was given a warning for talking to my gf on my Bluetooth headset while driving and then they underpaid me so I starved because I couldn't afford my pot pies and mac n cheese."
"I wouldn't work for this company. After 14 plus years of service my husband was discharged. This company has never had an issue pushing Jon to his limits in the past refusing loads cost him future miles as the dispatcher would sit Jon and his truck as a punishment. Jon avoided the punishments by like I said pushing himself and doing whatever bail out Moore asked of him. Most recently Jon suffered some sort of neck injury needing emergency surgery. Days prior to the surgery Jon was disoriented, dropping things, falling on the ground, he dropped a large piece of metal on his foot while changing trailers not able to feel his foot or the injury that left an intense wound on his foot for several weeks. Jon's doctor ordered an MRI in which Jon was ordered to get to an emergency room immediately. Jon caring about his job and the company equipment drove RCMoores truck all the way home where he met a neurology team whom rushed him into emergency surgery to repair a disc in his neck. What did RC Moore do for Jon? The owner sent him an email complaining that he hadn't cleaned his truck before leaving to have EMERGENCY surgery. Who does that? A narsisitic company owner thats who. Then when you are able to return to work they intently watch the cameras looking for a way to terminate Jon's employment. The same cameras in which paperwork was given to the drivers assuring the cameras were for coaching not terminating. The same cameras they didn't care to watch while Jon was suffering but pushing himself to work for Moore and return his issued truck vs leaving it in a rest area as he should have. I would not recommend this company to hire or work for....."
