"Worst help ever!!! I called first to confirm they can print a label and the guy said yes. Drive there with my package, which weighs approximately 70lbs, I struggle to get through the door without dropping it on my foot. Not once did this person help but when I showed him the email for printing the return he quickly says they can't accept my package and return it He says its a corporate thing and I'd have to go to an actual UPS store. I'm not from Makne either. Asked him to help me put package back in my truck and he just ignores me. Zero help"

"went to get some prayer cards laminated..... less than professional results.... laminator was just adhesive plastic, not heat activated, and the young (very young) man who did it for me, after putting the cards thru on a large sheet, cut them out with an exacto knife of sorts, sans straight edge. the results were spotty and less than professional to say the least, not something i couldn't mostly clean up with a pair of scissors when i got home. not that it was pricy or anything, but, to not think to use scissors or a paper cutter? just, a curious decision with very much less than perfect results. friendly feller, but, not the choice i would have made."

"The (he) employee was so rude to begin with, yesterday, then my package didn't get delivered to my brother in MA today, with an error of bad address. I gave him the address and the address was on a sticky note on the package also. He left off the Apt #. WILL NOT be going here again. Not the first time employees are rude. Will go to the Waterville UPS store instead."

"These guys are awesome! I had a very heavy and oddly shaped fire pit I needed coast to coast delivery for, an item that the actual FedEx distribution center on whitten refused to take (they wanted me to drive to Portland and still couldn’t give me assurances), and this place not only helped me figure out the best way to ship it, they offered to meet me and help pick it up. 5 Stars."

"Worst shipping place around. Had a scheduled appt with the mailing center to verify documents for employment through their Equifax program partnership. Morning of my appt, I show up early and the business is locked up tight. No note on door, no one answers phone. Place was supposed to open at 830am and my appt time was 10am. No one called to cancel my appt. I lost money from taking the time off work. How does one just decide they won't do their job? A few months ago, I was returning a Verizon phone after upgrading. I dropped off old phone at the Maining Center and they staff there refused to give me a receipt. They made many excuses for why they could not get a receipt: printer broken, staff on break, etc. I didn't think much of it until Verizon stated they never got my returned phone and there was zero tracking for it. Meaning, the system was showing the phone was never shipped out and I was charged for 600$ by verizon for not returning the phone. Did they steel my returned phone and not enter it into the system? Of course the mailing Center was no help. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!"
