Dunkin'

"Dunkin' donuts coffee is dunkin' donuts coffee and I know it is not their fault but every single dunkin' donuts in Augusta Maine has poor service due to lack of employees. I'm not going to say which dunkin' donuts that I visited but it was in Augusta and there was only one employee, The line through the drive-thru was too long so I went inside. The solo female employee was so overwhelmed that she actually broke down in tears in front of me and said I can't do this anymore! I told her that she was doing an amazing job and to take one customer and one order at a time. It is a shame that people don't want to work anymore, or if they do become employed they just throw in the towel and give up."

"The coffees are generally made very well. However, the staff is wicked slow. 20 mins of waiting is way too common. Also, the paved parking lot has two HUGE crater sized potholes that they patch with dirt now and again, but it never lasts. It's pretty ridiculous..."

"Unbelievable how long the wait was this morning! I mean really?? The lobby was closed due to a staffing shortage again! The owners need to pay more or something, because you definitely charge enough for just coffee and donuts! Crazy world we live in nowadays!!"

"Writing this from the drive through as I wait for me and a singular car in front of me. No cars at the window, one car in front of me at the speaker. Took them FIVE WHOLE minutes to even take the persons order in front of me. I finally pull up to the speaker and they make me wait. For what? I want one donut. I shouldn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes for a donut when there one person in line, never mind sitting here for almost 10 minutes and still haven’t even had my order taken. 10 minutes for one car. Not ok"
