"Kind and understanding. Dr. Cooper is definitely upfront in how he speaks, and though it may come off as rigid or harsh, it is exactly the accountability that I need in my life. He lets me vent, but then provides positive and carefully laid out plans to achieve the goals I set for myself. He is very personable and pleasant. He also offers flexible payment plans for services not covered by insurance. I was worried about having a telehealth appointment after my first session was in person (I prefer in-person) , however he made me feel like he was right in my house which made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend his services to any friends and family looking."
