"Went for an interview. Didn't get the job but they were very nice. Place is clean organized and mindful of others."
"I am the spouse of one of Mocos employees. My spouse works between 50 and 80 hours of overtime every week. The make me feel like i am of no importance to me. I feel like my spouse loves their clients more than they love to other parent of their children. They tell me of the things they are trained for, yet practice none of ot at home. Moco is enabling and encouraging the deterioration of my mental health."
"I work for Motivational Services. I have worked here for 5 years and enjoy the team of people I have worked with throughout these last 5 years. Motivational Services is a great career opportunity they really value their employees."
"I've worked there 11 years. If you're new to the career or a midlife career changer moco is a place you can start with a blank slate and write your own story."
"As a client in one of the group home they own they are very poor service they get paid by Maine care but they also take almost my whole SSI check and my food stamps. They staff lie and treat the client's poorly. It's supposed to be a house before independence but the lock up all the food and fridge and you have to ask and then they only give u a serving like your 5 years old. There poilcy need to update and the staff needs to change and so doesn't the upper management who use their position in power to bully the clinets"
