"Maybe because of the holiday season, the store wasn't as tidy as during previous visits, but it may be very frustrating when almost half of the 'Price Check' stations are disabled. However, the friendliness of the staff and, especially at checkout (Haileigh was very pleasant and helpful) more than made up for any inconvenience. All in all, a nice visit."

"I just can't get the Kohl's love. It's like a dang cult. Overpriced, over the top, and you have to learn and sign up for/ into an entire system to even bring the prices back to reasonable. Then you get "rewarded" with the same prices you'd get at other stores without the hoops. Make it make sense. However, my biggest issue tonight was that I tried to go to the Sephora inside this Kohl's. The two girls on duty worked harder at avoiding eye contact or speaking with me than they would've had to work answering my one question. When I walked past one of them, the smell of marijuana was so strong, she had either very recently partaken or they've got a new fragrance called eau de Cannabis in stock. Picture of the *three hundred and fifty dollar seasonal stuffy proudly displayed* at the store entrance, just for funsies. He is cute. I know I sound like a Karen, but I just don't understand the Kohl's hype and, while I normally like Sephora and find, overall, that they treat people better than at Ulta, my experience tonight hit a nerve. I went because I turned forty this year and wanted to up my skin care game. It just felt like they took one look at my oldiemoldieass, clearly scoping out the old lady cream section, and decided they didn't give 3craps to speak to me. *Ftr, I had my husband's credit card and free rein to spend whatever TF I wanted, so if they work on commission, Pretty-Woman-level "huge mistake." I mean, minus the sw part. Happy holidays, and here's to online shopping!"

"It was so wonderful to walk into a store and look at things, to be able to try on things, before buying. I appreciate being able to see things in person so that I don't have to wait for something to arrive and have to wait again if it doesn't work. Although, it is extremely convenient if you don't have time to shop to go to Kohl's online!"

"Kohl's is a great place. It's best to check for deals prior to coming here though. The prices are all at suggested retail and not more than that. But, if you check for deals in advance... you can do a lot better for your money. Their kitchen section is absolutely amazing! Everything you could possibly need, but it is better when it is on sale. The clothing selection is fantastic. If you can't find a complete outfit for any occasion, you may never be satisfied. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I will continue doing business with them as I have never had a bad experience here. I always find something useful on every visit."
