"Dr. Anant Shenoy and Mount Auburn Hospital Neurology turns away patients who are covered by MA law under workmens comp claims. While doctors/hospitals do get paid in full under workmens comp claims.....the payments are sometimes slower to be made due to associated paperwork need to be performed for payment. Not accepting workmens comp claims is illegal in MA, and unfortunately this practice continues as most patients in need of care have enough to deal with other than filing a lawsuit. Dr. Shenoy and Mount Aburn Hospital should be ashamed of themselves. Please visit Lahey Clinic Neurology if you have a MA workmens claim. Lahey does the right thing for thise patients."
