Baystate Convenient Care - Springfield

"Went in on a Sunday at 1:00. Was told they are no longer seeing patients. Any time I have ever gone here, I have been told the same thing. I saw only about 4 or 5 people. It was only 1:00 and she said they closed at 4.. They need 3 hours to wait on 5 people?? Being that early they should not try to estimate how long each patient will take! That is ridiculous. If it was 3:00, I could see, but even still, work a little over your time if necessary! They have to think of a new system because other people have posted the same thing! Also, when you are no longer taking people....put a note on the door to save us the time and embarrassment of walking in. It makes no sense to have to go in, just to have them tell you what a sign could do. Plus it's irritating when you walk in and everyone looks up from what they are doing and stares at you, like your are a celebrity!"

"Went here at 2:30, they close at 5 and was told their provider was overwhelmed earlier so they aren’t seeing anymore people as of 1:00. Maybe post that somewhere? Its a walk in clinic. Use the boatloads of money you charge to see people to hire more staff and pay them better so you can see patients. Wish I could use that excuse of its too busy at my jobs. They just gave me a sheet of paper for other places and told me good luck. Took a Lyft here for nothing after checking hours online."
