"I feel like the staff was poorly trained. They really had no answers to basic questions like how my doctor will get my images. The only one that even smiled was the X-ray tech who was quite nice. If you're nervous around medical facilities I would recommend finding a more patient friendly location"
"I’d highly recommend Rayus! I went here because I have claustrophobia and they have an open MRI machine. I was having some pretty strong anxiety, and the man who was giving me the MRI had the best bed side manner that really helped me throughout the process. He was very kind and patient. Someone else who worked there even offered to come in with me! Above and beyond. Wish I knew the name of the man who worked me so I could give a shout out. Highly appreciated!"
