"My husband received radiation therapy with Dr. Doyle at the Patroon Creek office. He met with us weekly and was accessible via his Nurse Matt on treatment days. He took the time to address all of our concerns, and I appreciate the time he took to address a skin care regime for my husband's surgical site that kept it intact throughout the treatments. I am happy to say after 25 treatments my husband's lesion is gone on the repeat scan! Thank you to the team."
"Didn't want to leave a star, but have to to write a review. Although you people were nice to my husband when he finally got to see you with an AGGRESSIVE cancer, you took your damn sweet time to see him, even though ENT wanted you to see him right away the same week, you scheduled him more than a week later. He waited and waited while this evil aggressive thing grew and grew rapidly. It left him with no chance of survival, and he SUFFERED TREMENDIOUSLY! I blame YOU! Even your answering service was rude to him! he was told one Friday if he had ANY problems over the weekend, he was to call. Well he had a problem that Sunday. Your answering service, Christina at the answering service REFUSED to put the call through even though there was a note saying they should have. So my husband ended up suffering the rest of the weekend. SHAME ON YOU FOR THAT! I reported it the Monday after, Ariel took my call, found the note and said she would report it to the office manager, and that the manager would get back to me. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME! YOU IGNORED IT! YOU IGNORED MY HUSBAND UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE! SHAME ON THIS OFFICE! He was such a good man, and now he is gone! If I ever have the misfortune of getting cancer, I will sure look elsewhere for treatment as everyone who reads this review should BEWARE! THEY DON'T GIVE TWO CRAPS ABOUT YOU! This is directed to the Albany Medical Center office. I couldn't find a way to leave a review there, which tell ya something. They don't want to hear from patients, or their families. SHAME."
"Rexford office was OUTSTANDING. From the front desk to the nurses, Drs,& techs. I am not happy with the CPark office.I took time off work,( I can't afford,) cause I really need this scan. I took an UBER from Delmar. When I got there I was told the tech called in sick .I didn't get much of an apology,,just. "We thought we called everyone" Waste of time & $! If I did that they would charge me$50! I've called back twice to reschedule & haven't gotten a call at all.....~~~ I have since been back for my yearly check up. There was a very long line at check in, but they had two people working on it so it wasn't bad it turned out not to even be too long of a wait thank you New York oncology hematology for being there for us"
"It makes infusion treatment doubly difficult when you can’t have a family member with you. Where I moved from, family was allowed….made the time go faster and just moral support helps. Have only had 1 appointment with a Dr. Again having moved here, I saw my Dr. Before every treatment where I came from. I’m having side effects that I don’t think my Dr. even knows about."
"I have been a patient here for many years. I can't say enough good things about my doctor and the staff but having to sit on hold for an extended period of time only to get through to a message service is unacceptable especially for people who are dealing with an active cancer diagnosis. At best, it's a heartless way to manage a practice. I've never had such an awful experience with any of the medical practices I use. I see from other reviews that this has been a long time problem and I know from my own experience that it is. I even called the phone number of someone in your organization to contact with an extension but that was useless as it went to VM. This is typical behavior of an organization that has a monopoly and doesn't really care about the needs of its patients."
