"In many ways I thought she was a very helpful psychologist. Unfortunately she shared personal information with an abusive ex boyfriend and very intrusive family members. Literally said I had “lost my hope” which blows my mind that someone would say something so terrible after the way I had been treated for years. My support options were very limited and hearing things like that were very disheartening. I had never been to therapy before and because of the treatment I received I thought it would be helpful. Sadly it ended up being more damaging."

"She is kind, and the couch is very comfortable, but she was not very understanding about attendance. As a patient dealing with PTSD, I often had to cancel with late notice due to sickness or schedule an emergency session due to a trigger and was denied. Sometimes, many times, my emails went ignored, which is not good for someone with low self-esteem! I sought out a therapist because I was raped, yet it was rarely brought up. Thus, I feel that very little progress was made in the year I saw her."
