"I am so grateful to have found Holly. I'm a big proponent of therapy being able to help everyone, and Holly proved to me that there is a right therapist out there for each individual. She was the second therapist I have seen for my anxiety and I grew so much more with her than my last therapist. She was just what I was looking for and even more of what I didn't even know I needed! She helped me gain so much confidence in myself. She challenged some of the things I thought about how therapy should be, in a great way (such as I don't need homework to "work on" and I don't need to "fix" myself, it's more important to love who I am now. (my own interpretation of it at least)). I could tell she really cared about me and she was a phenomenal listener.
