"I have never been a client, but an ex partner of mine was diagnosed with “adjustment disorder” here on account of our breakup. Somehow no one felt the need to work on their anger issues, their physical violence toward family members, or their addictive spending habits that concluded in extreme debt/bankruptcy….just a little trouble processing emotions after a breakup. Also, this person was “cured” (I received a copy of an official “Thriveworks” clinician’s letter) and needed no further help unless they felt like it. I will not in good conscience recommend this establishment or it’s clinicians to anyone. It seems like they want to give an easy diagnosis and get paid instead of working on the real problems. Mind you, this person is in an intimate partner’s rehab class for the following year. But this person had no issues above “adjustment disorder!”"
