"Not the best experience at all unfortunately at the time I didn't know there were better hospitals around the arear that I could have went to. Inside was very basic very little help and then when I was finally seen very little information was given at the time pretty much just forced into a sling (which is the most expensive sling you will buy) and then told to contact the next doctor and good luck. When I was seen by the Orthopedic doctor who was connected to the same building I was told I needed a referral even though I was seen in the same exact building the night of with x-rays and proof that I had a broken bone etc. When I called for a break down of payment they sent you a very vague bill not really explaining anything and like everything in modern healthcare is really a shot in the dark and they can get you for whatever they want. Also on the phone very little help is given you're being more told what it is and that is that, not given the time or explained what your questions are. All in all a terrible experience especially when you have broken bone to deal with all this on top of running around and trying to make calls. Not much is stream lined at all, and next time will definitely hold out and try to make it to another hospital, and i hope you do the same."
"Honestly, the worst medical treatment I have ever received. The nurse couldn't set an I.V. (stabbed me in the same hole 3 times and then made a joke about how I have strong veins). The doctor sucked too. Went through his motions of questions and assessment. One thing I thought was odd is that he asked me to open wide and say ahh, I did so and the doctor tapped the tip of my tongue and said ok good all within 1 second. How the hell could anyone make an assessment when they're clearly not taking the time to ACTUALLY figure out what's going on. I also rang the button on the remote and asked for a cup of water, the lady said I'll check with your nurse ( I understand that in some cases you can't have fluids, this was not one of those cases) An entire hour went by and I never heard from the nurse, instead I received a small dixie cup of crushed ice-water from the woman who supposedly checked with my nurse an hour prior. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT I'M RECIEVING UPDATES OVER A MONTH LATER TO MY BILLING THAT HAVE CLEARLY BEEN BACK-DATED TO THE TIME OF TREATMENT. I would rate zero stars if i could!!"
"This place is a JOKE! Starting with security, receptionist, nurses. They don’t clean the room when admitting a new patient. Everyone needs to wait for 5/8 hours to be seen. I called the ambulance for my mom, even coming with the ambulance they make you wait. She passed out, hit her head, blood pressure was 209x135, heart issues and they did not take it serious. After coming with the ambulance they put her in the waiting room, saying it is just hypertension! C’mon! They dont take it serious. People here dying waiting to be seen in the waiting room. So disrespectful. RUUUUNNNNN from this place. Go somewhere else. Very extremely unprofessional, they don’t have any HIPPA. They don’t own what they went to school for. Just unprofessional, negligent. Place is nasty dirty. They don’t clean as well. Staff just not care, they are unpleasant and miserable. Unprofessional behaviour undermines organizational trust and negatively affects patient safety. Very unsafe place to come! There is a sign saying no photos or videos! That is how bad they are. I’ve heard they call the police if you do so. But this type of place we need to call The police for them! It needs to change. Its a scam. As I spend time here waiting for my mom to be seen I get more and more frustrated. I just heard a nurse telling a new nurse that she should have less empathy when patients are read to be discharged because “listen you gotta go!” BROKEN SYSTEM"
"I used to work here and I love this hospital. I’m so upset I can’t have my baby here. That being said, I brought my mother to the ER tonight and there were two girls taking vitals. My mother was the only one waiting and crying in pain and these girls had to finish their 20 minute long story time first. Just so disrespectful I couldn’t believe it. Once we got in there they were cold and unpleasant and seemingly unknowledgable. After that we were taken right back to a room, so we really were just waiting on them and their gossip. So disappointed because the last thing I want to do is write a bad review, but the crazy daughter in me is fuming."
"I woke up with dizziness and pelvic pain 10/19/2023 I went to the Leomonster emergency room with my husband and son, when I got there they barely wanted to hear what I was feeling, I couldn't walk because of so much pain, I was in a wheelchair, waiting the screening, at the screening I reported everything I felt, the strong and sharp pains on the right side of my stomach, dizziness and nausea, everything was reported. I couldn't stay in the wheelchair and had to lie down on the hospital couch, I did all the blood tests. They left me waiting for six hours at the reception, the biggest negligence of my life! I informed the nurses that I couldn't urinate because if I stood up I would pass out, my medical history and chat have all the information that I am impertenent. Then the worst happened after six hours of lying on the sofa at the emergency reception, I tried to get up and fell, my son started screaming and crying (a 4 year old going through all this with me) and my husband started screaming for help! And he started filming! They called the police on my husband and ordered the video to be deleted! The hospital treated my husband like a criminal, in front of me, our son and everyone who was there, they told him to leave, they threatened him! And they put me on a stretcher like a garbage bag and took me to the emergency room, the doctor told the police officer that my blood tests were good, but as soon as I got into the emergency room it took less than 5 minutes and I They put me in for a blood transfusion and an ultrasound, before the ultrasound they already knew from the blood tests that I needed the transfusion! Something I didn't even know I was having because I wasn't bleeding from my vagina, I was having internal bleeding and would have to have life or death emergency surgery. The doctor said, she discovered in the examination that I was pregnant, but an external pregnancy in the uterus. My uterine tubes, which ruptured causing a heavy hemorrhage inside me, I was already dying, I already knew I was going to die at that reception, on the eve of my birthday. They put me in the helicopter, and took me to have emergency surgery, they took 2 liters of blood from my belly, they removed my uterine trunk, and the doctor said that after a few moments of waiting I would die, because the hemorrhage was too big, That's why I was feeling so much pain. I'm here in the hospital recovering, a birthday gift from God, a new chance for me to be able to take care of my son and my family. I want to sue the hospital! Do you accept this case? I want to file a complaint and take all this negligence that would take my life to justice!"
