"They have always been very pleasant with me but I did not go there during the pandemic not sure how it was then bc I’m Sure they were short staffed but my experience always has been a good one very quick to be seen very quick to rule anything out it always was on point also my perscription were always done and waiting for me at the pharmacy"

"Worst customer service ever. Staff members are not friendly at all. They prefer giggles between each other instead of answering a patient simple question. I am definitely not going back there."

"This place is truly the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour to be seen, the doctors never actually looked at my issue and had me swab myself for lab testing. When I got the lab results they were incorrect, think got swapped with someone else by mistake. Fast forward 2 months and now I just keep getting more and more bills from them… a doctor never even looked at me and my bills have racked up to over $2,000 for the one visit. Avoid this place like the plague."

"Upon first arriving there was a front desk worker who was kind and I had no issues with her but otherwise the team is just really rude. Upon getting my vitals taken and explaining my situation and symptoms the nurse with Roman tattoos down her left arm, cut me off rudely, with a loud stern voice “JUST TELL ME YOUR SYMPTOMS.” Which made me extremely uncomfortable to explain myself afterwords cause that’s what I was trying to do in the first place!! After being quickly rushed out of vitals I was taken to the rest room to provide a sample and the rest room didn’t have any soap? Odd but at this point I’m just eager to be seen and leave. Not once was my temperature taken, after explaining I had a fever hours prior to arrival and guess what they did? THEY PUT THEY TOOK MY TEMPATURE ON MY PAPERWORK. Not once did a thermometer ever come out to me so the fact they lied on my summary report should tell you enough. I laid down to get my belly examined. 4 compresses and I was immediately told they can’t assist me because they don’t help with abdominal pain because it’s a “hot box” of problems. No X-rays, just referred immediately to an ER and given anti nausea meds. I requested a note for work as proof I was there. Just a proper work document and he handed me the visit summary saying it would be enough. For clarification -I didn’t need an excuse note, I just needed a note saying I was seen and referred elsewhere. A proper work form, not my after visit summary packet. I’m really frustrated and upset with the professionalism as I could hear nurses complain about hours given, and staff walking by PA Coleman saying they can’t remember patient names or who is who and just the staff bickering and complaining among eachother about work hours. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed, treated so rudely and just overall felt like a joke and a waste of money to be there. I do not recommend coming here. It’s a waste of time and they are definitely unprofessional."

"I was so impressed with the treatment i received on a Friday evening before closing. When I complimented and thanked Ligia for providing such great care she said “I’m just doing my job” with a big smile. A true professional. I highly recommend this facility because of her."
