""Intake" is absolutely awful. I'm on a medication that if I stop abruptly it could be fatal. Knowing this they just moved along like I was another number. Never going to call from the doctor they didn't even have my insurance sent over from intake on the date of my appointment. They asked for my ID card on the day of my appointment and then proceeded to tell me that my co-pay was over $400. Very shady!!!!"
