"The whole experience was a nightmare for me. Dr Poley saw me briefly, and hardly listened to me when I expressed my worries about related issues. Her assistants were extremely rude and condescending, and this is the last thing you want when you are half naked in a doctor room. On top of everything, I was charged for services that were included in my plan. When I tried to follow up with the office to have assistance, they didn't even let me finish, and they said the error was on the part of the insurance. In fact, they did the error of submitting multiple claims for the same service, and since then not only they have not taken up my insurance's calls, but they have also never answered my messages. Please, remember that you offer medical service! Condescension, indifference, rudeness should never be part of a medical practice. As much as the work you do is stressful and demanding, treating patients like a burden, dismissing their questions, not even listening to them, is just wrong."

I appreciate that. I got the referrals I needed. I felt the doctor cared about my health. I'm absolutely satisfied with everything. Looking forward to be her patient as long as it takes.
