"Impossible to make an appointment over the phone. I’ve been redirected since 9am this morning. Informed them I am 13 weeks pregnant and high risk and haven’t had an obgyn. I’ve been put on hold for over 5 mins serval times and was asked to leave my name and number for a call back never got called back. It’s ridiculous and upsetting you can’t make a simple appointment. Ambulatory clinic ask you to call this number because they are booked."

"I’m not recommending him , He is so careless. I was gestational diabetes and supposed to schedule for induction . I wasn’t emergency case . He didn’t put me in his schedule and the hospital schedule me with different Dr .I was so worried and very stressed out on that time keep asking from him please couple days not different but He didn’t even try . In hospital I was lucky to met Dr Robert Gottlieb to take care of me even his shift was going to be end He stayed and delivered my baby. that kinda Dr you want !"

"Dr Brazer is the best OBGYN, i highly recommended him. He is professional, loving, caring and committed to his patients. This was my first baby and I was very scared of everything, I was very sick with hypermesis. Dr Brazer and his team helped my pregnancy journey become so much easier. Dr Brazer came to my delivery room and i pushed my baby out in 15 min. I have a healthy baby girl who is 5 months old."

"I went to the ER bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant. I had an ultrasound at the hospital and found out I have a fibroid. Call the office next day to schedule an appointment to find out if I was having a miscarriage they wouldn’t see me and said the nurse would call me. This was 8:30am the nurse didn’t call me until 2pm. The nurse (Anne) told me it was normal for pregnant women to bleed with fibroid during pregnancy. she would check in with Dr. William Brazer and see what he thinks and call me back. I was still bleeding and terrified that I was loosing my baby. It’s been 6 days and still haven’t heard back. I did see another doctor and I did have a miscarriage. The only thing I wanted was to see a doctor to explain to me what was going on. This was the worst experience of my life. They are careless."
