"I’ve been a “patient” here for a little over a year. One of the worst therapy clinics I’ve visited. I’ve been canceled, reassigned new therapists without my knowledge , my previous psychiatrist sent me a different clients ESA documentation. I’m trying the process to get a new therapist as mine doesn’t suit me for my needs: and what a coincidence they’re the clinical supervisor. It’s been radio silence, and apparently in order to get a new therapist I need to speak to my old one…? Aren’t you NOT supposed to do that to make a more comfortable transition for the patient? Whatever shadiness is going on, I’m being ignored and my phone-calls to the ‘supervisor’ keep getting sent to voice mail. It’s been 3 weeks- and my old therapist is not responding to anything they’re supposed to do in order to start that process. At this point, are you even a real therapy clinic or are you just here to suck the $$$ out of those who can’t afford commercialized therapy ?"
"I would not recommend this place at all. They call themselves advocates but do not advocate for anyone. It is almost impossible to get in contact with your therapist or to even schedule an appointment with the front desk. When it comes to medication they try and force high doses of medication that you really don’t even need and when you express that you feel you’re being over medicated and would like to come off certain meds or wanting to lower a dose the doctor make it hell for you and refuse. They are always moving you around to new therapists or psychiatrists. I’ve had multiple appointments where neither of my doctors showed up but it was considered a “no show” on my end. Too many no shows ( which 95% of them won’t even be you) lead to them refusing care and kicking you out. The front desk NEVER answers the phone and the only person that is willing to help with anything is the medical assistant. She has helped me more then the doctors have. Being on a waitlist would be less stressful then dealing with this place. If anything my mental health has gotten worse being under the care of the doctors there. Do not go here and waste your time like I have. This is the worst mental health organization I’ve ever seen. If I could give them a zero I would."
"One of the least helpful places ever. I would rather join the waitlist for a different place than deal with the people here."
"Years ago, I went after my father died. It didn’t last because the young woman therapist blamed me for my father’s death . Thank god I dumped that place like a bad habit."
"They will cancel on you, reassign you, there’s extreme turnover but you have 3 no shows (this includes being late) and then you’re gone. The family in distress is held to account far more than the “supports” Id give them zero if I could"
