"I had a terrible experience with Catherine Scully, whom I would not recommend at all. She lacks empathy, compassion, and a genuine personality. she chose her career solely for the money and not because she genuinely enjoys helping women. During my difficult pregnancy, I felt hopeless and alone, considering termination as my only option for survival due to severe vomiting, weight loss, and multiple hospital stays. Instead of showing any compassion, she dismissively told me to deal with it and handed me a list of abortion places. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from a nurse or midwife, and it's an example of the kind of professional I would never want to be. If you value yourself, I suggest seeking care from someone who is truly passionate about their role as a nurse or midwife. She’s a -10/10"

"Pretty awful first impression. Made my appointment in March, the soonest they could get me in was september 2nd. Today I accidentally ended up at the Care New England facility around the corner on Brewster st. Took the front desk people there 20 minutes to figure out I was at the wrong one. 25 minutes late due to this. There was only one person in the waiting room and I explained the situation but was turned away. The closest they could reschedule me was November. I want to be understanding but given how hard it is to get an appointment it felt unfair. I'll find somewhere else."

"WORST CARE EVER!!! Guess they book appointments just to bill the insurance company because they don’t do $h!t to help you. Now the Providence location is great but Pawtucket will assist you in dying by avoiding to care for you. Stay away there are plenty of other places with provider's that actually are about your health. Everything they ignored is NOW being addressed by a wonderful practice."

"If you’re dealing with pain or trying to get a diagnosis or looking for actual treatment, save your time and call a specialist. No one here listens to you or takes anything you say seriously. I called this past Friday morning saying I’m in pain and need to speak to a nurse, they never called. I assumed I’d get a called Monday, but no one called. I called again Tuesday morning, explained I’m in a lot of pain again and needed to speak to the nurse, they said they’ll call me. It’s now Thursday, tomorrow is a week and no one has called me back. I mean are you kidding me ?? The level of unprofessionalism and lack of care here is disturbing. Needless to say I’ll call a specialist and let everyone I know to beware of this place."
