"I made my appointment online, although the waiting room was 3/4 full. After I was registered, right around my appointment time I waited 6-7 min to be seen, tested and after the doctor gave me diagnosis, I was in and out in about 30-45min total. They do need more parking in the front though I had to park in the back and walk to the entrance."

"The good: The online reservation system is fantastic. We booked a time and then only had to wait a few minutes when we arrived. The front office staff and nurse were very kind and efficient. The bad: The PA I saw on 02/19 was arrogant, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. I came in with a fever and some other symptoms and I was concerned about possible exposure to toxic mold and tried to ask him about this. I mentioned my concern about possible exposure and he replied "is there a question in there?" I then clarified that I was worried I was exposed to toxic mold and he said "how should I know, I wasn't there" I clarified, again and asked him what I should do if I was exposed, and he said "I don't know, I'm not a toxicologist". I then asked him how I would go about finding this information out. He finally told me what is usually done in these situations, knowledge he apparently had all along despite not being a toxicologist. It's like he was willfully ignoring the context clues. It very much came off as the type of pretentious overcompensation that can occur when dealing with a fragile ego. Needless to say, super fun to deal with when you have a fever and are half delirious. Despite the pluses of this office, I would never go back for fear of seeing the same PA, as I would certainly never trust him in regards to my health."

"I got a small cut on my index finger and within about 36 hours of blew up very red and swollen like twice the size of my normal finger I went to this armistice urgent care and I was seen by Dr Felber. Not only was the doctor incredibly informative, concise and definitive. He was pleasant to talk to. They saw me immediately, the receptionist was lovely. I didn't get her name but she was very pleasant and upbeat and this was in the last hour of her shift. I was in and out in under 45 minutes which is amazing because the emergency room would take a lot longer! He gave me an antibiotic prescription he told me what should happen within 24 hours and what should happen within 48 hours. This should be progressively getting better and if that doesn't happen to call him back. Doctors and especially nurses, quite honestly, I have to say especially nurses, are a gift from God. The things that they do for us when we are at our weakest they instantly give us a feeling of okay this is going to be okay. If you need an urgent care facility I strongly recommend Armistice Urgent Care - and if you're really lucky maybe you'll get to see Dr Felber & Co. !"

"My son is in school in Providence. I don’t know the area well… we went to this urgent care because he could not get a same-day appointment at his Campus medical center. I can’t speak more highly of our experience at this urgent care in Pawtucket. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the receptionist to the nurse and to the doctor. I’ve been to many urgent cares over the last 10 or 15 years and this one ranks among the best. When you’re not feeling well, you don’t want to be treated like a number. These people were wonderful, helpful, and we had a minimal weight on a Thursday night at rush-hour!"
