"Wow I was told about this place because I am helping someone find a dental for themselves, who can help people with no medical to be seen at low cost or even work with there budget first thing I did was come here and read all the comments everyone reviews now im scared to even send this person here there was only 2 or 3 good reviews and the rest which is alot bad reviews reading someone's reviews about how bad his mother was after leaving thid dental really worry me she could've lost her life lord omg so I wanna say Thank You to everyone who left a review for people like me to read thanx for the heads up but I will continue searching somewhere else no way I will send or tell anyone I know about this place wow so many bad reviews and still this place don't get better or do better or work harder and better very sad but I won't be stepping into this place thank you again for ya reviews and experience about this place ya save me a headache"

"Totally disappointed, they called me to cancel my appointment 1 month before because the dental assistant would be absent. My appointment was made six months before being canceled by the office staff. They tell me that I have to call every time I can for a new appointment because the agenda is full. It makes me very angry because they were the ones who canceled my appointment, it's very annoying that they can't replace it with a new date when they cancel. It's almost 9 months without a dental cleaning, because of the office. And the worst thing is that they dare to say that I cancel the appointment, it is not true. It makes me think about what I had already heard from other patients who cancel their appointment to later favor other favorite patients."

"Stay clear from this place!! My mom was there last November to get a root canal, a partial bridge, and a filling. The dentist sent her home the day before thanksgiving under so much anesthesia and forgot to send her pain meds to the pharmacy by nightfall her face swelled up to the size of a watermelon and she could barely move from the pain. As the days passed she realized that he never took out her old bridge but instead did a root canal through her old bridge, the paste he used oozed and left a bitter taste that to date she can still taste, and the edge was sharp and kept cutting her gum. She’s been in pain ever since- she’s gone back twice to complain about the pain/taste and the dentist said there was a small infection but that it would go away ON ITS OWN and insisted she’s fine. He went as far as claiming it to be another medical issue. To be on the safe side we took my mom to her primary doctor who had a full face xray done with nothing else up as wrong, he concluded it to be a dental issue but sent her to an ENT to also be safe, they also concluded it all goes back to dental. Today we went to see a whole other dental practice who showed us in a very large screen that the dentist at Blackstone dental broke her tooth, has had a massive infection that has been there for a long time, and the tooth he claims to have filled was never filled. My mom, being a diabetic has had a live infection for over eight months and it’s all thanks to this place. The receptionist are also rude seem annoyed when you asked for an appointment. In my opinion, this place should have its license revoked and be shut down for negligence."

"I’ve had serious issues with my teeth (bad root canal, bad crown, gingivitis) and started coming here a year ago. My experience has been amazing, the hygienists and dentists are really great at just talking to you about the issues you’re dealing with and how to solve them. They’re direct but not cold or even mean, (I’ve had some REALLY bad dental experiences, and if you have had a dentist talk to you like you’re dumb or their disappointed because of the situation you’re in, you understand.) I feel like I can actually deal with these issues now. I think this office is the blueprint for patient care."
