"I am most definitely not happy with this office and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They cancel appointments via text with no explanation and expect you to call them and then call you get the run around . There employees are extremely rude on the phone and treated like just a number."
"Navigating through my first pregnancy has been posed it’s challenges but the staff and drs at this location have been extremely helpful Dr L has provided me with great resources and recommendations. My husband and I have met with Alyssa for the past 2 ultrasounds and she has been AMAZING!!! Walks you through every step of the process and extremely informative! Thank you!!!"
"My 15-year-old daughter was a new patient with Dr Kesselman in June. Dr kesselman was great we both loved her. I gave three stars only because I just found out Dr. Kesselman is leaving at the end of this week and the implant that my 15-year-old got has given her horrible side effects and I was never informed that she was leaving nothing I find that very irresponsible. And also the implant nexplanon has been recalled it was recalled and September of this year"
"I have loved every doctor I've seen here, but ultimately am very unhappy with my experience working with this office. I had a missed miscarriage diagnosed at 9 weeks pregnant, and while everyone was very kind and supportive, it is nearly impossible to communicate with anyone from this office. I have had to wait 24-48 hours for simple answers to questions about the management of my miscarriage. I chose to first try the medication and was told if nothing happened in 24 hours, to call and talk about next steps. Each call took over a day to hear back so I was left multiple times at home with no answers and no guidance on how to manage a very traumatic experience. I was left unsure if I was in a safe condition, if I needed to be seen or if I needed a new course of treatment. This was my first pregnancy and first miscarriage and I did not know what to do or how to proceed. After two doses of medication that were dragged out for over a week, I decided with my doctor to have a D&C. The doctor said this should be done ASAP and someone would call the same day to get it scheduled. The hospital staff then took more 2 days to even call me and schedule the appointment. In the meantime I needed to continually delay returning to work, not knowing when my procedure would need to be. I was not given any options and was scheduled with a doctor other than my own (who I also loved, but did not know prior to this). After the procedure I was told I would be scheduled for a follow-up appt in 7-10 days to check on how I was recovering. At one week since the appointment, I have not been scheduled for a follow up appointment, have not been contacted by anyone at the office, and have not received any communication from anyone checking in on my after my procedure. It has been nearly a month since we began the process, and this office has taken a very tragic and traumatic experience and made each day of this month more painful, uncertain, and challenging."
"Absolutely the worst! Made an appointment for pap smear months in advance. Got a call/messgae on my vacation that the date needs to be changed. Made the appointment for the alternative date for a couple of months after. The date is confirmed a few days before the date of the appointment. Canceled class and other work to make it to the appointment only to hear when I get there that it is canceled at the doctor's behest. The assistant at the window apologizes and gives me a card and promises that someone will call soon and help me make an appointment for a different day. Almost 3 weeks and no call. I will ask my PCP to suggest another facility. This one is terrible --- and that is an understatement."
