"I have a very big issue, I can’t get a phone call back from this office. My daughter was prescribed an inhaler on the 12th of December 2023. Her mother has a different brand and dosage than mine, I can’t get an answer let alone a call back from anyone. My daughter is 5 years old. I don’t want her over medicated, I had all ready talked to the dr once a few weeks ago. About seeing hyperactivity, That was before I knew about the two different dosages. Please have someone respond. Thank you.I have called there office every day this week. I talk to their scheduling department. They are very apologetic. Yesterday they escalated it to there supervisor, still no call back."

From check-in, through history review, some clinical testing, and certainly Dr. Cardona's thoughtful, thorough, and relaxed discussion of possible diagnoses and treatment options, to the conclusion of this, my initial visit, I was very impressed with all involved. "On two occasions, I called to report intense, but non life threatening reactions to my allergy shots. The first call received no reply at all. The second call was answered by a very impersonal “Call Center”, (I thought banks had call centers, but not doctor’s offices!). FOUR days later a nurse responded by phone, and told me they had been very busy. I had a severe localized reaction that I needed advice on when I called, not four days later. I offered to send pictures of my reaction, to the office via email, and told the nurse I would not return for my shots until I spoke to a doctor. Another phone call, and text from me, over the next week produced a call from the CS, FNP in charge of my case - a week after I spoke with the nurse. This was nearly two weeks after my initial call! When I first agreed to the allergy shot protocol, I agreed to be committed to the treatment. Sadly, Allergy and Asthma Associates of Maine, is not committed to their patients. A patient expects and deserves more than this kind of treatment. I have terminated my “care” with this practice, as they clearly don’t care about their patients. They are irresponsible, unprofessional, uncaring and too “busy”. I am giving this review one minimal star because of Heidi, at the front desk, who is cheerful and very helpful."

"I am.completely disappointed with this office I have called three times in the last three weeks looking fir tests results that I was told would take 2 days! And a promise of call back in 72 hours not three weeks! This completely unacceptable! I even did the test at home myself and sent in the FedEx box that was provided and was sent by overnight mail. I want the results. I had to put one star to post this but you don't even warrant that"

"Wouldn’t fill my prescription because I owed them money and wouldn’t let me pay the bill because they sent it to collections. Now I’m sitting here without my inhaler waiting for the collection agency to contact me hoping I don’t have an asthma attack, during ragweed season. These people have proven they don’t care."
