"Had an interview abt a year ago with a nurse she told me she would get back to me either way and never did. I called and asked to speak with her several times left messages and never got a return call. Crazy thing is I know several Lpn who were offered a position even new nurses I had great references and work skills maybe anthem need to do a better job at who they let do interviews. I could tell in the interview she wasn’t interested in me, Jus my opinion"

"Zero value for the money. Health care decisions should be between a patient and their physician. My physician has 15 years of specialized training, and yet a clerk behind a desk is making choices based on company formulas. This causes more pain and suffering for the patient as well as the loss of valuable time when time is of the essence. At the end of the day, you'll be paying for the surgery as well as the unnecessary, ineffective, pain inducing procedures that you made a patient endure first. You should be forced to take the same oath all docs must... first, do no harm. You have no concern for the humanity behind the numbers. Despicable."
"Customer service is absolutely terrible. Different answers every time. No information about self-service things that need to get done (oh, and did I mention that when you call you get different answers every time?). Of course, this is all assuming you can even get through to a person in under 30 minutes. Use the website instead? Yeah, if it's working. Not having reliable or valid information (even about participating providers) makes it impossible to make informed decisions about health care. Boo."
"Terrible customer service! Will definitely switch providers."
