"I stopped in, unannounced and unscheduled because I could not get my valve stem cover off one of my tires. The technician on duty took me in right away and immediately stopped what he was doing to attend to me. He fixed all four of my valve stem covers quickly friendly and professionally. He did not charge me for the service. I gave him all the cash I had in my wallet ($11) and told him to buy himself a cold drink or some lunch.
