"I am giving only 3 stars for now because I have yet to take the vehicle I bought from them today. I can say the purchase experience was good and that they even worked with me being a cash customer and made it easy for me to buy the car for what I was willing to pay. After I have the vehicle and a month or so goes by, I will come back and update this review. UPDATE : One year later! Not bad, still running and I have to say I am still loving this vehicle."

"I bought a car at Jorges a couple months ago and so far it has been a good experience. The couple times a had a question or concern about the car it has been addressed in a professional and timely manner. When u have kids the last thing u need is to be stuck at the shop for hours waiting, or even worse stuck without a car at all! Lol"

"Great place, worked with me when it came to putting money down. When it comes to repairs, they also work with you as well. I've had my car for 1yr and 4 months and no problems what so ever!"

"I have gone to this shop in August to have an engine rebuilt under an extended warranty. It took roughly a week and somehow the shop charged both me and the warranty company over $1500 when the job was originally quoted at $900, in turn I had to pay $800 after being told I would have to pay only $500. Once I received the car back the engine was knocking more than ever, so I brought it back and was told it was normal. A week later still unsatisfied I brought the car back and told the owner this had to be corrected or legalities will be involved (I had to take it to that level because the owner refused anything was wrong with it), he then agreed verbally with me to replace the engine for $500 since he owned a junkyard and could get the engine for virtually free I would be paying for labor, so I agreed. Two days later I received my car and a bill for $1500! I stated I couldn't pay it and we agreed to a payment plan. I got into my car and noticed I had no power steering, my AC condenser had a hole in it, my belts were worn compared to the brand new belts I put on the previous week, my tensioner pulley was broken and my AC compressor was also very loud and the bearings were shot. I brought this up he offered to "fix everything for free since his mechanics are idiots sometimes" I came back later that day to find a junkyard AC condenser in my car and nothing else repaired and he stated I needed to pay for the rest. I refused and left. Since then I have moved out of the home that I lived in however my parents still live there and they have been showing up at the door or calling or mailing letters daily since September. Finally they were contacted today in regards to the letters and were told I don't live there anymore and my personal information would not be given out. Their response was "it's okay, we're going to find him and when we do we are taking his car". Our response to them was all well and good, and to go about this in a lawful manner. Their response before hanging up...."We're taking his car no matter what the law says" so now someone tell me, is this the type of shop you would like to work on your car? They do jobs half fast just to say they are done and the quality of work is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worse enemy."
