"Purchased a Transfercase; took about a month to receive it. Found the case had a crack in it. Called to warranty it and was told I'd get a new tracking number and a return label in a couple of days. That was 4 months ago. No reply through the Ebay messenger and every time I call they say "let me find out when we can have one shipped" and they hang up and never call back. I've talked to them multiple times on the phone and have been promised multiple times that the replacement will be sent in a few days and it never comes. These people will give you the run around until you give up."

"Absolute crooks. AVOID. Ordered a factory hitch from them. The billed my card immediately, for a part they DIDN’T HAVE!! 19 days later, my ordered hadn’t moved. I called them, the girl says “Oh, the ones we had were “rotted out” with rust, I can give you a refund (I should have right there) or my parts manager says he’ll go look at one and call you back in 15 minutes.” I still need the part, so foolishly, I said sure. No call back. Wouldn’t answer the phone after that. Wouldn’t return a message. Had to call my credit card company and dispute the FRAUDULENT charge and get my money back. Horrible experience. Horrible crooked company."
