"Do not go to SpeeDee for repairs. My son took his car for an inspection. They said his car needed front swaybar end links and brakes. My wife called to verify what the car needed to pass the inspection and the price. The person said it needed 2 front swaybar end links and highly suggusted front brakes. My wife said so it just needs swaybar links to pass inspection? The person reluctantly said yes. We brought back the car to have the sway bar end links done on saturday so the inspection could be completed. When my son picked up the car he was driving it home it was making a metallic rubbing noise from the front passenger tire. My son brought the car back to speedee on monday to have it checked for the noise. Speedee had the car most of the day. When my son went back to pick up the car he was told it was probably his front struts because they were rusted. He drove the car home making the same metallic rubbing noise and called me to tell me what Speedee had said. When i got home from work I took the car for a spin around the block I heard the metallic noise and brought it back to my house. I jacked the car up and took off the front passenger tire. After i looked at the brake pad i saw they had more then a 1/3 of the material still on them, the struts were not leaking and the noise was coming from a rusted brake dust sheild that was bent in rubbing on the brake rotor. It took me ten minutes to diagnose and fix a problem that speedee had the car all day to fix. Instead of fixing a problem they suggested to fix brakes and struts that didnt need to be done and kept my sons car all day. I can only speculated that they suggested these repairs because my son is young and they were a high price to complete. Don t go to SpeeDee they are not honest or they are incompetent. Keep your money in your wallet and find an honest mechanic."

"Speedee is AMAZING. They have helped me out so many times with quick, well-priced car repairs, oil changes, tire changes, and inspections. The guys are really nice and knowledgeable and they do great work. They always give me a call with an update when they say they will, and my car is always happier after a Speedee visit! "Standard service for oil change and inspection. In my head they were a bit pricey but I am not as well aware of market prices. Just paid cause it was convenient. Service is good and they explain everything going on with your car. Had some concerns so had them speak with my husband directly and they were patient thankfully."

"Quick oil change, pricey, but they use good oil. They wanted to charge me 55 dollars for a new cabin filter. I asked the mechanic if he would just shake it out, and he wouldn’t exclaiming it could cause further damage to my car. Pulled out, drove down the street, and pulled out my air filter. If they were honestly concerned about my vehicle, would they have put it back in like this? Shook it out, drove down the road, purchased the same filter for 20 dollars. Any dummy can replace it themselves. The dishonesty today means I probably won’t be returning."
