"This company just started managing Santa Ana Apartments in St. Ann, Missouri. These apartments were advertised as apartments for seniors over 55 with semi-assisted living needs. It was like that until this company took over. There was no written notice of the change in ownership/management given to tenants, when this company bought the property. They fired all the staff that was in the building previously, without replacing them. There are people in wheelchairs in a 15-story apartment building that need assistance and they no longer can get it, thanks to the way this company manages properties. It is disgraceful. They are using predatory practices to take advantage of elderly poor/low-income renters, many of whom are disabled. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not care about their tenants. They are there to collect rental income only. They are NOT A REPUTABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Report them to Section 8, if you are on that program and rent from them. Otherwise, move as fast as possible. They should not be in business at all!"
