"A little bit on the pricey side for what the rooms are. Definitely in need of a refurbish! But the staff is nice & helpful. There are convenience stores, a dollar store, coffee shop & a restaurant all w/in walking distance plus the city bus stops right in front of the motel"

"I love it here. It's super nice. My room is amazing. Great security. management is fantastic and housekeeping is superior. Short or long term this is the place to stay at in Maine."

"It was okay for a last-minute booking. The owners are on premises so extra security (especially on that side of Portland) is always nice to have. They did allow for my daughter visiting to have her emotional support animal on visit on premises and in the room without any headache or extra cleaning charge but kind of outdated bedding & room decor. Reminded me of something you would rent after prom, and the smell of older carpeting with pungent cleaning supplies was kind of sickening after 12 hours so I was ready to check out. Depending on what you get for a rate and how desperate you are at the last minute depends on whether I would choose this Motel again. No bugs, no dirty sheets & the bathroom was very clean & disinfected. And I did feel clean after I got out of the shower not gross like some other hotel chains FYI."

"What a great place, reasonable prices, clean rooms, direct tv, hot showers with great pressure. Located close to restaurants and convenience stores. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot is well lit and have CCTV cameras to ensure safety. Well done"

"I am very impressed. I room with two double beds is plenty big it has two tables a bedside table a chest of drawers also a very long shelf to store stuff on. Also I was surprised to see a mini fridge and a microwave wave and everything is immaculate. The man and woman in the office I don't know if they own it or if they just manage it we're extremely nice which is a nice experience since the last Hotel I stayed at for only $10 less it's only a quarter of the size of this room and the front desk staff were extremely rude I would definitely recommend this to anybody it is such a deal for your money also it's very clean and quiet"
