"Completely poor leasing and maintenance service. Apartments are not fully functional at move in--water leaks, non functional fireplace, heating apparatus was locked at certain temp, broken/very very cheap appliances, cracks in ceilings, stuff from previous tenants still in apartment, the list goes on! I signed a 1 yr lease and completely regret it. Don't move here."

"Horrible experience. Average apartments worth maybe half of what they’re charging (to be generous). You can find way better for way cheaper. Garbage dumpster is always overflowing, no recycling whatsoever, they tow cars at random, and management has no idea what it’s doing because turnover is so high. In the one year i was there they had to completely turn over staff in the leasing office twice (at least). They also lied to our faces about the final rent every month, failing to mention the hidden fees and other nonsense before the lease was signed. They took advantage of us when we were desperate to find housing before my girlfriends school year started last year. Don’t live here unless you’re absolutely desperate like we were and don’t value your money or sanity."

"I lived here during the second half of 2022. To keep a long story short, I won't get into the details but have to say that living here was the worst experience I've ever had as a tenant. I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years, as I have had to move frequently for work. I have never had a problem with any other apartment except for Liberty Commons. It was absolutely awful and not nearly worth what they get away with charging for rent. Unless you are absolutely desperate, consider renting anywhere else but here."

"Rent is steep, and you pay for all utilities (gas, water, electric, etc.) Not much in the way of amenities to make it "luxury." Maintenance is slow unless it's an emergency or something extremely simple (changing air filter). Garbage compactor is frequently full/overflowing. Leasing office is friendly though often unresponsive. The apartment space itself is decently sized. The buildings are near the airport, so there are frequent jet takeoff noises. I don't mind, but it was an adjustment."
