"Since COVID, service has fallen immensely. Doctors seem apathetic to concerns I bring up when my child visits. And that is if we can even be seen! The number of times I have called for a sick visit, and they tell me to go to Urgent Care because they have no space is infuriating. Why have a PCP?"

"I am a patient with Intermed and have been for years. When I had kids this is where i wanted them to go. At first we loved this place but ever since covid it seems to hard to get anyone on the phone or an appointment. My 1 year Olds yearly check up went terrible as she was sick and we were turned away because I refused to drive her around to get a covid test after she had already had one. My kids have been off and on sick for 3 months. The office always goes right to covid first which is ridiculous and my kids are still sick and they say there's nothing they can do. I am beyond frustrated with this place."

"Doctors are nice, however we see our pediatrician about half the time when we have appointments and the other half are handled by another doctor. Waiting times vary from short to long for scheduled appointments. Phone service has been bad lately. Called first thing in the morning about a scheduled appointment for our 1 year old because she had a cough and runny nose, wanted to make sure we would be seen. I was told I would get a call back, it never happened. So I brought her in and we were denied our appointment, frustrating when your child is sick and they will not see her because she is sick."
