Scenic Salinger

"I’ve lived in Scenic Salinger for two years now. The building is well maintained and the property manager cam is very responsive in dealing with any issue. The rent is reasonable. I would highly recommend renting from Chinburg."

"I moved in on Day 1 of opening and agree it's one of the best places to live, and that I have lived in. I've lived on 4 of the 7 continents so far in m y life, in many homes. As with any place you live, there are ups and downs, nothing is perfect (things break, not everyone is going to be in love with all of their new neighbors, etc., whatever). But overall, I easily rate here at the Scenic as in the top 3 homes I've had, and I lived for a while in a 5 bedroom, marble-floored villa with gold fixtures, ceiling fans, & gorgeous views. I can't rate for everyone, but the only reason I don't give 5 stars is I believe there is always room for improvement somehow."

"Moved in recently and so far have no complaints. Any minor issue I've had (like a wiggling doorknob) was resolved within a day or two. The property is clean and the elevator made moving in a breeze. The rooftop deck and communal lounge are beautiful. Everyone who has come to see the place is blown away. My apartment is a nice blend of unique features from the original build and up-to-date stainless steel appliances. Even the light fixtures are beautiful. I can sometimes hear people outside my front door, so I know one of my neighbors has an infant or small child. Still, I've never heard a dog barking or baby crying from inside any of the apartments surrounding me - which is great! Love it!"

"The best place you can find in Rochester! Beautiful building, perfect location, security cameras everywhere!! Up to date appliances, and Entry Only by pin code/key fob! Extra security is the best security! We just moved in today and I can definitely say we won't be moving anytime soon. Chinburg did a awesome job with this building! And the Elevator is the most expensive elevator I've seen in awhile!"
