"The rooms are not very clean and they are very out of date. There were some dead stink bugs in one room and the other room there was animal fur clumps and the bedding had stains all over the place."

"Owners are in the process of renovating the motel. I have had a cleaning business on Cape Cod for twenty-five years, I found my room very clean. The staff are friendly and the grounds are nice. Great location. I will return next year."

"Saw previous reviews. Wanted to give benefit of the doubt. I made the wrong choice. Upon entering the room, there wasn't a "fresh" smell. The bathroom floor was sticky from the urine all over the floor and could see where someone MAY had taken a wet wipe, and the smell of urine was quite heavy. The bed sheets had stains. My family and I agreed we slept, and when we woke up, we left as fast as we could. I was very disappointed with this place and I will not be back again. It was a waste of money for the few hours we slept there. I advise people to do more research and see what else you can find before using this place. Decent people at the front desk."
