"Wow, what's with all the bad reviews? I have not ever had to wait more than thirty minutes. People's ideas of what qualifies as triage may be entirely different from what triage is. A hang nail is not considered a triage emergency. If you are unhappy, go the hell somewhere else next time. Go to the ED department at any hospital and see how long you have to wait when you might spend 3-5 hours or more crunched elbow-to-elbow with hundreds of people, who really don't need to be there. Brighton Quickcare has an incredible team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and technicians who care for people. So get over your belly-aching and crying and take your hang nail somewhere else."

How long should a person wait elbow to elbow under a sign that says to keep 6 feet apart before the institution is responsible for what befalls them? It's it reasonable for a receptionist to give a 3.5 hour wait time to even be seen at triage? The largest city in the state has a waiting room smaller than your dentists office? Hurt and sick people hanging out in the hallways for hours? Who's responsible for this???? IMO, there's nobody responsible there and one should avoid this place....or sure then for having the audacity to claim they offer help there."
