"10!!!! Wonderful people. The intake person was very helpful and pleasant. The medical staff was cheery and supportive. Felt very well cared for. Cautious concerns. Wait time was a bit long. But nothing you or I could do about that. I ultimately went to the ER because of concern that I may have had a bone fracture in my wound. ER staff at maine med agreed that it was a good decision by the Convenient MD staff. Overall experience was great!"

"I didn't have to wait long to be seen; all the professional staff including x-ray tech and PA were personable and very competent. They were careful and gentle tending to my broken wrist and took time to make an appt. with an orthopedic surgeon at another facility that same morning."

"This morning I went on the ConvenientMD website to "get in line" for a visit. I submitted a form with my symptoms, personal info, insurance info and identification. After driving 25 minutes in the snow I arrived at the office. The front desk attendant advised me that "we do not have a provider here today" that was infuriating as I could have been advised of that before making the trip. She told me, however, that I could be seen virtually. Although that is not my preference I agreed so that I might get some needed care. However, the attendant quickly told me that my insurance would not cover a virtual visit. So, this trip was a total and complete waste of time. Proper communication could have alleviated this situation altogether."

"I was incredibly impressed from start the finish. The receptionist was so kind and caring. When I shared that I was there for a postpartum-related issue, a nurse checked in with me to determine if I'd need an ultrasound as she didn't want me to wait an hour to be told they couldn't assist (they don't have an ultrasound on site). I felt this was really thoughtful and they valued my time. The provider was a PA and was so comfortable and easy to talk with. She was empathetic and educational. I went here because I am on a waiting list for a PCP & I will absolutely go back should the need arise."

"I'm always wary of Urgent Cares in general, but this was actually a very good, very human experience. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and obviously very experienced and efficient at her job. My NP, Cassie, was very kind and attentive. Not one to leave reviews, but I think this was worth it!"
