"I went here in October after removing my septum about a year ago and regretted it. I saw piercer Kevin who did the new septum for me. Unfortunately, when my nose was re-done, it was too low and was causing a great amount of pain to the point where I couldn’t even touch it. Even the piercer admitted it was low, but said it would look better when swelling went down. You could see the hole from looking at my nose on either side. I tried contacting the company for a refund, and I was offered another appointment with Gene after healing. He was very friendly and tried his best to accommodate, even saying we could do my ear or something similar with the same jewelry. After this first experience I decided against going back to the shop as I was put off by how poorly the first piercing was done, so unfortunately I was out of a little over $100 to be in excessive pain. I appreciate him trying to fix the problem, but I do wish a refund was offered even just for the piercing cost based on my initial experience. Photo attached was taken 3 days after the piercing - I had to have it removed around 5 days after it was done."
